The Hampstead Business Association is a group of business owner who work to promote the Hampstead area as a good place for consumers to do business. The Association was first organized in 1982 by local merchants working to find ways to meet the needs of their customers while trying to compete with the shopping malls in Westminster.

The organization has grown and now extends membership to any company doing business in the 21074 zip code area.

Standard dues for joining the HBA are $60 per calendar year. However, we offer two discounted rates; a partial-year discount and a discount of $10 for early renewal. Our dues rates depend on when a business joins or renews and are as follows:

Current Year: 1/1 – 6/30 $60 (covers through the end of the current year)

Half Year: 7/1 – 9/30 $30 (covers through the end of the current year)

Early Renewal: 10/1 – 12/31 $50 (covers the remaining current year and all of the following year)
